Wesam and Yamen Academy: Terms and Conditions for Course Registration

By registering for a course at Wesam and Yamen Academy (the “Academy”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Fees and Payment:

• All course fees are stated in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) and are non-refundable after registration.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers.
• We offer flexible payment plans for extended courses. Please inquire for details.

2. Registration and Enrollment:

• All registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Your seat is not confirmed until full payment is received.
• To register, please submit the completed registration form and provide all required documents.
• You will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration.

3. Cancellations and Refunds:

• We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. However, due to the nature of our courses and limited class sizes, we have a strict cancellation policy:
  • No refunds are issued after registration.
  • You may postpone your start date by up to 3 months from your original registration date. After this period, you will lose the right to take the course and your registration fee will be forfeited.
  • We cannot accommodate cancellations or refunds for missed classes due to personal reasons.

4. Course Schedule and Materials:

• We strive to maintain the scheduled course dates and times. However, unforeseen circumstances may require adjustments. We will notify you promptly of any changes.
• All course materials, including handouts and recordings, are for your personal use only. Sharing or distributing them without permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Conduct and Attendance:

• We create a respectful and inclusive learning environment for all students. Disruptive or offensive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the course without a refund.
• Regular attendance is crucial for your learning success. We expect students to be present for all scheduled classes. Excessive absences may affect your progress and ability to complete the course.

6. Force Majeure:

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions, we may need to cancel or postpone classes. We will do our utmost to reschedule or offer alternative solutions, but no refunds will be issued in such cases.

7. Intellectual Property:

• All Academy course content, including materials, videos, and presentations, is the intellectual property of Wesam and Yamen Academy. Unauthorized use or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law and Disputes:

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jordan.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be settled amicably through mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be settled by the competent courts of Amman, Jordan.

9. Amendments:

• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on our website.
